The Bedrooms
This luxurious contemporary designed Thailand Villa has a magnificent Master Suite with it's own spacious dressing Room. It also incorporates an opulent bathroom and decadent outside bath with rain shower for outside bathing in privacy. It is situated on the first floor to capture the views of the beautifully lush exotic gardens, pool and beyond to the hills of Burma.
Four beautifully appointed bedrooms with custom made bespoke beds and furniture, all incorporating en suites, are situated on the lower level and open onto the pool area with the gardens beyond. 'Moke', the sixth bedroom is situated on the first floor and is a smaller bedroom with a practical and easy to use wetroom, perfcet for solo, or teenage travelers who are looking for a cozy experience.
The Kitchen
Designed for ultimate ease, this beautiful European-style kitchen-diner has all you would possibly need and more. Bespoke teak kitchen furniture, ceramic hob, single oven, two microwaves, dishwasher, water filter on tap and large double fridge freezer create the perfect kitchen experience.
Every thought has gone into the requirements and utensils needed for the ultimate dining experience. Modern fixtures and fittings, along with air conditioning throughout, make this an area of total comfort as you prepare a simple breakfast or tasty dinner. Self Catering gives you the opportunity to be completely flexible whilst making the most of your time in Thailand.
The Living Areas
Situated on the first floor is the quiet and tastefully decorated lounge. A modern corner sofa, contemporary glass coffee table and contemporary glass table, display cabinet and book case make this the ideal quiet place to relax and dream the day away in comfort, out of the heat of the day. Lie back and read a book or listen to the surround sound music of your choosing.
TV Room
Quietly tucked away in this luxurious villa is the TV room with its 50-inch TV complete with Apple TV as well as a DVD player.
Nostalgic celebrity photographs adorn the walls, adding to the ambiance of this room. Draw the blinds, turn down the lights and turn up the volume to enjoy the movie in surround sound.
A great escape from the heat of the day.
The Pool
This secluded villa has a wonderful 12-metre pool with infinity edge and spa area. Relaxing or playing, enjoyment will be had in this beautiful pool. Lie in the sun on one of the many sun beds, laze away on the huge swinging bed, or take a siesta on the balcony under the shade. Space is not an issue in this wonderful, luxurious Thai villa.
When the mood takes you, walk over to the fabulous BBQ Sala which is situated over a Koi pond, for a cooling drink from one of the two fridges, rustle up some delicious food on the BBQ for lunch or dinner, or just sit quietly and watch the Koi swim by. An afternoon or evening spent here with good food, good company and surround sound music of your choice makes this area very popular.
If you feel like an aperitif or early evening snack, sit at the 10-seater table on the balcony, watching the sun dip behind the mountains. Conveniently situated near the kitchen-diner, it provides a lovely area for al fresco breakfast, lunch or dinner.
The Garden
Discover your favourite part of this uniquely designed two-acre lush exotic garden. Wonderful fragrances surround this luxury secluded villa. The orchid house edges the Koi pond with fountains and waterfall.
Walk in the evening and smell the heady scent of Moke. Lay on a sun bed under the pergola and inhale the smell of Jasmine. When the sun goes down, turn the lights on and see how the garden changes, enjoy the tranquillity and beauty in your own piece of paradise.
Technology & Security
Icandi Hideaway provides free Wi-Fi from most areas of the villa. Remote control and touch pad lighting is installed for the communal areas, Master Bedroom and garden lighting. A Sonos music system is played through Bose speakers and can be listened to in all areas except the bedrooms. This sound system allows different music to be played in various locations at the same time. There are three Bose iPod docking speaker stations and two iPod docking stations which link into the Sonos system. Every room has a LAN connection point.
The Kitchen-Diner and Master Bedroom have a 42-inch TV with DVD and Apple TV - perfect for connecting to your own personal Netflix or Amazon accounts. The TV room has a 50-inch TV with DVD player, Apple TV and surround sound can also be played in this room.
The security at Icandi includes an electric remote-controlled gate with a visitor buzzer and viewing camera in the villa which can be viewed from the dining room and the master suite.
